1 - FAQ
1.1 Do I need to fly online?
No. There is no obligation to fly online at Skygroup Virtual, however it is highly
recommended, especially VATSIM.

1.2 Do I need to continue at the airport that I landed on?
No. You can choose any flight you want from the schedule.
1.3 Do I need to fly the flight at the correct UTC-Time?
No. You can fly any flight at any time.
Note: If you are flying online, flying with the correct UTC-time is highly recommended.

1.4 Can I use time acceleration/deceleration?
No.
1.5 Can I refuel mid-flight?
No.
1.6 Can I pause the sim while flying online ?
No.
1.7 Can I pause the sim while flying offline ?
Yes. You may pause the sim for the maximum of 20% of the duration of the flight. (e.g.,
if the flight is one (1) hour long, the sim may be paused up to twelve (12) minutes in
total.
1.8 What is your activity policy?
After registration, your first flight for Skygroup Virtual must be within thirty (30) days.
Each member must complete one (1) flight every sixty (60) days.
Do you fail to meet the above activity policy, your account will be marked inactive if no
leave of absence was requested. You can request a leave of absence two (2) times per year with a maximum duration of four (4) months each
If your account has been marked inactive, you can reactivate the account by
completing a flight. If your account has been marked inactive for more than sixty (60)
days, your account will be irreversible deleted, and you will have to create a new
account if you want to fly again for Skygroup Virtual. Note: For backup purposes your
data will be stored for another thirty (30) days until it is completely removed, but you
won’t be able to log in after your account has been marked inactive for more than sixty
(60) days.
Note: Any user may only hold one (1) Skygroup Virtual account at a time.

1.9 Which airlines are supported by Skygroup Virtual
We currently simulated the following passenger airlines:
DLH, EWG, EWE, OCN, SWR, EDW, AUA, BEL, DLA, CFG, TUI (Germany)
